87bd Protection Terms & Conditions — Full English Version

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between 87bd protection ("Platform", "we", "us") and its members ("you", "user"). 87bd protection is a licensed online gaming operator providing services in Bangladesh and other designated markets.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.

To create an account and use the services on 87bd protection, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact 87bd protection support immediately.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, 87bd protection may request proof of identity, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• The maximum single deposit limit depends on the payment method used.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. In the event of a technical delay, funds will be credited within 1 hour.
• Only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name.

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may require additional KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• 87bd protection reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

87bd protection offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Before claiming any bonus, please keep the following general terms in mind:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wager amount must be met first.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed by more than one account from the same household or IP address.
• 87bd protection reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — contribution rates vary by game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 87bd protection platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Coordinated betting schemes designed to exploit the bonus system (bonus hunting).

• Using fraudulent payment methods or participating in money laundering activities.
• Harassing other members or engaging in offensive behavior.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Spreading groundless complaints or defamatory statements against 87bd protection.

87bd protection makes every effort to maintain the quality of its services. However, 87bd protection is not liable for the following:

• If a game or betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Payment delays caused by technical issues on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• In the event of service disruption due to natural disasters, government directives, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If a member's login credentials are compromised due to their own negligence.

If incorrect results are displayed due to any technical error, 87bd protection reserves the right to correct the settlement based on the accurate outcome. Any funds withdrawn based on the incorrect result may be reclaimed.

87bd protection may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before closure. Note that bonus balance is not withdrawable.

If you have a dispute, 87bd protection handles it through the following process:

1. Step 1: Contact us via support chat or email. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
2. Step 2: If the issue cannot be resolved through general support, the complaint is escalated to senior management.
3. Step Three: If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to a third-party mediator.

Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident. Claims filed after this period may not be considered.

87bd protection reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following rules apply to any such changes:

• For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.
• Minor changes may take effect without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
